SIDO Madera, a Spanish Dlubal customer, has designed a 21-meter-long (69 ft) bicycle-pedestrian bridge located in Orihuela, Alicante, Spain. It is made of GL24H pine timber, treated by autoclave with copper salts. In addition, hot-dip galvanized S235 steel fasteners were used.
Our client, Maderas Besteiro, was in charge of drafting this emblematic project (structural analysis and design), involving the manufacture of all pieces, a numerical control, subsequent treatment, and finally, assembly management.
JCR Estructural designed this residential building located in the city of Los Mochis, in the state of Sinaloa, Mexico. The house is divided into two areas: the main area where the residential spaces are, and an independent area in the garden, for recreational use.
Dlubal customer Maderas Besteiro is a third-generation family-owned company focusing on timber-based construction and manufacturing. The company's driving value of providing socially and environmentally sustainable houses to the local community has shown itself once again.
